Adam Ziv is an actor, dancer and musician from New York City. He graduated from Princeton University, where he obtained a Certificate in Theater from the Lewis Center for the Arts. He has studied acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, the American Globe Theater Conservatory, and the Stella Adler Studio in NYC.
Favorite NY & LA theater credits include West Side Story (Diesel) The Oresteian Trilogy (Orestes, Agamemnon), Antigone (Creon), Twelfth Night (Orsino), Measure for Measure (Lucio), Romeo and Juliet (Tylbalt), The Merry Wives of Windsor (Master Page), A Doll’s House (Helmer, Krogstad), Hedda Gabler (Lovborg), The Letter (Crosbie), The Zoo Story (Jerry) and Barefoot In the Park (Velasco) directed by Lovell Holder. He appeared in the 2013 NYC Fringe Festival in Becca Foresman’s HALF: A Divorce Farce, and danced Off-Broadway in the award-winning 8 Million Protagonists. He has danced throughout Southern California for C.Eule Dance, RhetOracle Dance Company, Epiphany Dance Company, For Dance Company, Shieldwall Dance Company and Multiplex Dance. As a choreographer, he has shown work in LA at the West Hollywood Dance Festival, El Portal Theater, Rockwell Table and Stage, and Los Globos, as well as in venues in NYC and San Diego.
His 2018 production of Christopher Durang's Laughing Wild at the Los Angeles Theatre Center, in which he also starred, received rave reviews from audiences, and will be re-staged in NYC. Up next, he will be starring as the Vicomte de Valmont in Christopher Hampton’s Les Liaisons Dangereuses with Love Creek Productions at the American Theater of Actors. June 13-23rd.
